Il Pm ha poi continuato: "Cerchiamo di lavorare bene e di ricostruire con calma la verità, speriamo di fare chiarezza in una vicenda molto complicata". Ai cronisti che gli chiedevano se il piccolo avesse riconosciuto alcuni degli indagati, in modo certo, il magistrato ha risposto: "Lo ha fatto, ha riconosciuto ed identificato delle persone appartenenti al personale scolastico". Potrebbe adesso richiedere una nuova misura cautelare? "Bisogna valutare in modo attento tutte le evidenze probatorie emerse, sia quelle frutto degli incidenti probatori eseguiti sinora che delle altre investigazioni".
